4 steps to taking the lead: professional development for trainers and assessors

A person's language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) skills lay the foundation for successful outcomes in training and assessment and at work. In light of this Service Skills Australia (SSA) released a new professional development resource to assist trainers and assessors to identify and address LLN skill needs.
