Towards a new benchmark on adult skills for sustainable growth: a revision of potential indicators and sub-indicators for monitoring
This technical report aims to provide a framework for the collection of statistical indicators and sub-indicators on adult skills. This information can be used to monitor skill development among [European Union] EU countries while comparing its progress with the agreed target and EU average performance.
