The focus of the 2005 report is on trends in the USA from 1999 to 2004, and projections for 2005, based on data from three sources: American Society for Training and Development's (ASTD's) benchmarking surveys (BMS); Benchmarking Forum (BMF) organisations; and BEST Awards program.
