Structured workplace learning works!
This article discusses the Enterprise and Career Education Foundation (ECEF) funded study into the effectiveness of structured workplace learning (SWL) programs. A very brief introduction to the study is provided followed by the major findings of the study which suggest that SWL programs play an important role in preparing students for the world of work.
